The platform itself is free for schools. Parent and student access to the portal is unlocked each term through Digital Access, a small per-student fee - your school decides whether the parent pays it directly or the school covers it on their behalf.

Too many schools in Nigeria are held back from digital tools by cost, not need. We built Knowvia to remove that barrier entirely - giving every school, regardless of size or budget, the same complete platform used by the largest schools on it. That's how we help schools adopt ICT and spend less time on paperwork, and more time on students.

The platform is free for your school. Every tool your administrators and teachers use - results, attendance, fees tracking, admissions, timetables, CBT, OMR, communication - comes at no cost to the school. Parent and student access to the portal is unlocked separately, per term, through a small Digital Access fee.
Digital Access is a small, per-student, per-term fee that unlocks the parent and student portal - lesson notes, assignments, results, attendance, and more. It is a Knowvia fee, not something your school sets the price of, but your school does decide who pays it: parents can pay directly, or your school can cover it on their behalf.
Our platform is free for schools today, and staying accessible to schools of every size is central to why we built Knowvia. If that ever changes for any part of the platform, existing schools will be told clearly and in advance.
