Delete your Knowvia account
Deleting your account will remove your personal access to Knowvia. Some information may need to be retained by your school or by Knowvia where required for school records, legal, security, or operational purposes.
This action cannot be easily undone.
What will be deleted
- Your login/account access
- Personal profile information where eligible
- Personal preferences and app settings
- Notifications and active sessions/devices
What may be retained
Some records may not be deleted immediately, particularly information that belongs to or is required by the school, such as:
- Academic records and examination results
- Attendance records
- Assignment submissions
- Payment records
- School-related communications
These records are retained according to your school's record-keeping requirements and Knowvia's Privacy Policy — deleting your account never deletes your school's official records.
