- Every payment produces a numbered, downloadable receipt, whether paid online or recorded manually by your bursar
- A student ledger shows the full fee breakdown and payment history in one screen, for staff and for parents
- Digital Access unlocks the parent and student portal each term for a small per-student fee - your school chooses whether parents pay it directly or the school covers it on their behalf
- Parents are notified by SMS, email, and in-app the moment a payment is confirmed
How this connects
